Behavior Therapist (BT) – Treeside Health
Location: Northern Kentucky (Florence, Grant, Boone, Kenton, Campbell Counties)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Position Summary:
As a Behavior Therapist at Treeside Health, you’ll provide therapeutic support to youth and families experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges. You’ll deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor, in schools, homes, or outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement 1:1 therapeutic services in homes, schools, or community settings
- Track and collect behavior data during sessions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical teams
- Support skill acquisition, social development, and behavior reduction goals
- Participate in regular training and supervision
Requirements:
- Active license or license-eligible status in the state of Kentucky as a CSW, LCSW, LPCA, or LPCC.
- Experience working with youth with behavioral or mental health needs preferred.
- Must pass background check and obtain required clearances
- Energetic, compassionate, and coachable
- Reliable transportation

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Treeside Health
Location: Northern Kentucky (Florence, Grant, Boone, Kenton, Campbell Counties)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Compensation: $18–$25/hour based on experience and credentials
Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Summary:
We’re seeking passionate RBTs to join our growing team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide high-quality therapeutic services to children with autism and related disorders. RBTs at Treeside Health are valued team members making a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic services to clients in home, school, and clinic settings
- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies
- Accurately record and report session data using digital tools
- Communicate progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA
- Attend regular supervision and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification (BACB) or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience with children (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and TB test
- Reliable transportation
